NetHijinx is ISP and OSP consulting with project management attached. Operational excellence on the plant, people who own the weekly, problem-solving in the field, and AI used where it actually shortens the work.

Practice
OSP
Fiber, conduit, aerial, and underground. Route design, make-ready, splice plans, and as-builts that match what actually went in the ground.
ISP
MDF and IDF layout, risers, horizontal cabling, and the handoff between the building and the street. Clean rooms. Honest records.
PM
Permits, vendors, traffic control, cutover windows, and the weekly that isn’t theater. One owner for the job from notice-to-proceed to closeout.
OPS
Cadence, crews, and the problems that stall a plant. People who own their work. AI on the paperwork — an owner on the critical path.
ISP and OSP jobs fail at the interfaces — the entrance facility, the pole, the vault that wasn’t on the print, the cutover that had no owner. They also fail when nobody owns the crew, the weekly, or the problem under the symptom.
We take a few jobs at a time so drawings, people, and the schedule belong to the same person. AI can draft the report. It does not sign the cutover.
