Awesome. I had seen some combined pics, but didn't realize they actually made full transforming body parts. That's almost worth the price.

I like the aircraft designs for those, but not the mech mode. I think the beefier mechs from the original series look more intimidating.

Yeah, I'm quite tempted. They look great, and it always irritated me that the new Bruticus only had two types of limbs instead of four distinct ones. This is great.

But, I've heard rumors that a new Classics/Universe Bruticus is in the works. A week from now, we should know if that's on the horizon. I'd love these fans-project parts, but if Hasbro was to make a new one a much nicer price, I'd be hard pressed to spend the cash on the 3rd-party stuff. Still, the new FP Swindle looks fantastic.

I'm excited about the FP Springer also. We've never really had good toy of that character.

No kidding. The funny part is that they are making these completely new toys for less money than the collector's club charges for stuff made with reused hasbro tooling.

I've had these on order with BBTS for a while, especially after seeing that pitiful "power-core combiner" nonsense at toy fair. Those things are a joke. These FP projects are making the Big-H look bad.

Rumors are getting louder that the next MP figure will be Hotrod/Rodimus.

The link below shows a stand that came with one of the MP prime figures that apparently will now come with the new upcoming MP figure. The fact that it has an autobot symbol and an outline of the matrix on it, it stands to reason that the Rodimus rumors are likely true.

Me either. However, I'm torn as to which version would be best, as I like Hotrod better, but Rodimus makes more sense as a larger, more grand character for a MP toy.

He's been rumored for months, but the inclusion of the stand with a matrix on it makes it almost assured.... unless of course they do an umpteenth version of Prime. While MP/20th Optimus Prime is likely one of the top 2 or 3 toys of all time IMO, I'm getting tired of seeing it reissued every few months in a different color or with a new accessory.

And while Rodimus makes sense from an importance-to-the-mythos standpoint, I really hope they eventually make some more MP '84 Autobots b/c... yeah, I'm going to say it, Alternators kinda suck.
