Got it. Watched it. Loved it.

... even didnt might so much that they replaced the original actor of Anakin's Ghost at the end with Hayden Christiansen.. it was decent!

This DVD set > everyone

So cool The original trilogy truly stands as a high point of cinema, no matter what Lucas does with these prequels.

I finally have them...and they so do rock. I watched some of the 4th disc today and am just in awe of all the stuff they had to go through just to get the original made...Lucas relly had some foresight (and luck).

I got them too and watch the whole Bonus CD so far. Yeah, Lucas was lucky and that makes me wonder :
how many of lucas-like geniuses couldn't make it and how many masterpieces never came out just because of moronic producers ?
Many, I guess.

Carrie Fisher's got a bit chubby, hasn't she ?

Yeah Carrie was pretty hot back in the day I guess..

And yeah the "Empire of Dreams" documentary was pretty cool, well the first half was great, once they got to the Return of the Jedi part it kind of went downhill.. stupid ewoks!

Ahh.. the image on the movies is SO crisp though.. its amazing!

RJ, you're not moving with your time! The cool thing to buy is a videoprojector. You can have a top quality image that could be as wide as 7 feet. Looks like private theatre. Plus it's easily transportable with a laptop. Of course you can not say that about the (needed) home cinema sound system.

One day I'll buy one. The only drawback is that it's excessively fragile.

btw, anyone played Battlefront yet ?

The gameplay is a mix between CTF like in Unreal or Jedi Academy and Battlefield 42. But the fact you can play a mere trooper is really enjoyable. Plus you have all the different vehicules from the movies (they don't include VIctoria class destroyers which were difficult to park on the battlefield). That must be a very good game to play on a lan.

Alas after 2 or 3 campaigns I got bored and uninstalled it.

I'm pretty sure you'd like it Paul.

I'd considered a projector actually, but I had a kid instead ...seriously though, my "viewing room" (aka: the family room) has way too much ambient light bleeding in from the windows for a projector...I'd really like to buy a house of my own where I could set up a true "home theater"...the I could have a life sized image to Leia in the slave girl outfit projected on to my wall .
