of any free web servers that allow you to upload files up to 5MB and have high bandwidth? cuz im trying to upload a video in .mov format and geocites will allow me to upload it but the bandwidth is shit so whenever more than one person watches it within 15 minutes it shuts the page down for a while.

"free" and "high bandwith" don't go together by definition.
Even if there was such a server, there would be so many appliances that
- either they would refuse any new subscription
- or because of too many subscriptions, the bandwith would be bound to become very low !!
