i'm looking for a new computer game to play. ideal would be a very long, very good rpg similar in style to Final Fantasy or something. first person, multi-character, doesn't really matter as long as it's something really good. either that or a good strategy game. i haven't bought (or downloaded) a new game in a while and i'm aching. thanks.

heh i have rogue spear. my friend didn't want it a while ago and he gave it to me. it's a kind of tactical swat team type game. you have to plan out missions and set up actions for your operatives to do. it's okay, but i don't like it that much because you have to plan everything out before anything takes place.

Get a gameboy advance emulator. Get Golden Sun. Be entertained for a good while. Especially if you actually spend time leveling-up. I don't think there are many RPGs out on the computer except those "MMORPGQEEUEJDD" games like Ultima Online or Everquest.

Oh yeah...and get an SNES emulator and get Super Mario RPG.

i've finished both myst and riven.

william, thanks for the golden sun suggestion. i did what you said and got an emulator and the game, and it's really fun so far. i'm only like 3 hours into it, but it's really good. nice.

i never liked any of the command and conquer games. my friends all had them and loved them, but i didn't understand what the big deal was with them. they seemed very average to me.
