OK...since this has been establiched as the "games" forum I pose these questions to all:

  • What Games Are You Playing On A Regular Basis?
  • What Games Do You Wanna Be Playing?
  • What Games Should People Avoid Playing?

This should not be a platform specific list so specify which system the game you're talking about is on...

...begin.

Playing:Gran Turismo 3-A Spec (PS2)
Devil May Cry (PS2)
Metal Gear Solid 2 Demo (PS2)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (PS)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (DC)
SNK vs Capcom (DC)

Wanna Play:
Metal Gear Solid 2 Full Version (PS2)
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (PS2)
Final Fantasy X (PS2)
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (PS2)
Dead Or Alive 3 (XBOX)
Rogue Squadron: Rogue Leader (GC)
Metriod Prime (GC)

Avoid:
I'll have to get back to you on this one...

...your turn.

i've gotten myself and my family (mom, dad, cousin, aunt, uncle...) addicted to snood. i never really get to play it though, since i (a) always have homework and (b) my parents are always on it.

over the past week i have been playing Mario Kart Super Circuit on the Game Boy Advance. however, now that has been taken away from me (it wasn't mine).
today i played Mario Bros. 3, Duck Hunt and Bubble Bobble on the Nintendo Entertainment System. (feelin' old school)
i've also been appreciating Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 on the lowly Playstation. (i'm not fancy)
I want to be playing Luigi's Mansion and Mario Sunshine on the Gamecube but a)it is only available on import, and b)i am not rich.

mer...my gaming days died with diablo 2 and battle.net but still...

playing [occasionally]
- Day of Defeat (HL Mod) [PC]
- Starcraft [PC]
- Max Payne [PC]

Day of defeat is very cool WWII mod.

wanna be playing
- new wolfenstein
- op flashpoint

avoid diablo 2, or at least buying it cos it really has no replay, but im sure everyone already knows this.

I thought Diablo II was worth it just for Battle.net, I spent unknown hours upon hours on Battle.net, then I sorta got a life I guess. It was fun for a while though, certainly outlasted many of my other games!

playing: fuck all, maybe the occasional game of freecell if something's being a bitch and taking it's time to load

want to be playing:
- championship manager 01/02. oh yes. i can see 3 months of my life disappear completely with this one
- warcraft 3. i don't care if it's shit, i love blizzard and all they do.
- my regular time wasting games that i can't be arsed installing again (diablo 2, starcraft, fifa 2001)
- altered beast on the mega drive. no fucken emulator shit, the real deal. complete with control pad that causes blisters and the C button doesn't work properly. and faulty cable that fucks the picture up every so often.

avoid: the world outside your house, especially during daylight hours. it's over-rated.
